Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of That's It Media Ltd ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

That's It Media Ltd provides performance marketing consultancy services including but not limited to:

• Performance Media buying and optimization
• Affiliation management
• High LTV App Media campaigns
• SEO and Content strategy
• CRO and Web Development

The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.

3. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay all fees as agreed upon in service agreements
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, and deliverables created by That's It Media Ltd remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Client-specific campaign data and results remain the property of the client.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation continues beyond the termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, That's It Media Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Termination does not relieve the client of payment obligations for services already rendered.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gibraltar.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
